| The Five Spot Criteriums Five Spot Crit #3 - Hosted by Scheller's Fitness & Cycling - Time: 5:00PM Tuesday, July 13
- Cycler's Cafe (Clinic Begin as Course)
- All Racers, All Abilities, All Ages Where: Cylicron Engineered Cylinders 5171 Maritime Rd. Jeffersonville, IN 47130 Course: Flat .6 mi 4 turn CLOSED course with no traffic. Excellent practice for Masters Nationals! Michael had the islands removed for us!!!!! Cost: $5.00 to cover insurance surcharge and permit expenses (please bring EXACT change to speed up the registration process) Format: You can either drive over to the race site at address above or ride from cyclers Café. The ride will depart Cyclers at 6:00pm, go downtown, across 2nd St. Bridge and up Utica Pike. The warm up ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Once there you can warm up on the course until racing starts. If we have enough people we will split into A & B groups and conduct track/criterium style races. There will also be an intro class for new riders on the course before racing starts conducted by local experienced riders. At the conclusion of racing, we will group ride back to Cyclers Café. Net proceeds to benefit host club for evening. Contact me @cgtolson@insightbb.com if your club would like to host one of the evenings of racing. Schedule 6:00pm Depart Cyclers café 6:30pm Beginners clinic (Participants should drive over for this) 7:00pm Racing Starts 8:15pm Group rides back to cyclers 8:45pm Arrive @ Cyclers Café

| The Five Spot Criteriums Sounds like the ladies from the Skirt Rides are interested in a "ladies only" Five Spot. We could add a date to the calendar if we have enough interest. We could run a clinic and A, B and C races with some in race coaching. Post up if you would be interested in this (and you're not a dude)
